Permit Status Definitions
Received / Under Review:
The application has passed intake, and plans examiners are reviewing construction blueprints for code compliance.
Approved with Comments / Conditions:
Permit is approved, but the builder must follow specific conditions (e.g. requesting minor inspection notes) during work.
Corrections Required / Revisions Needed:
Errors or violations were found in drawings. The designer must submit revised plan files answering the reviewer's comments.
